Confirmed orders are shipped via Royal Mail within 5 business days.

Lost or damaged artwork may be replaced at the artist’s discretion

Full refunds available up to up to 14 days after receipt of artwork - customer must pay return shipping costs and is responsible for making sure appropriate packaging is used
